Show Jumping League 2025

Our 2025 season Show Jumping League starts with Show jump training on Monday 17th Febuary. Please make sure you have put your name down if you wish to join the league, When booking you will need to list 2 preferred horses however these are not guaranteed and you will not have the same horse for every fixture.

How does the league work?
For every fixture you book in you will take part in a Show Jumping Competition against others in your height group. The fixtures will be made up from 1 round that you will need to go clear in, then 1 round against the clock. You will receive points depending on where you come in that individual fixture, at the end of the league ‘December 2025’ the person with the most accumulated points for that height range will be crowned the Somerby Equestrian Centre Show Jumping League Champion!

1st Place = 14 points
2nd Place = 12 points
3rd Place = 10 points
4th Place = 8 Points
5th Place = 6 Points
6th Place = 4 Points
7th Place+ = 2 Points

Showjumping league 2025 – please contact the office to register interest for the upcoming showjumping training sessions which will commence prior to the league competitions. Riders must be able to walk trot and canter independently and be able to jump at least a 40cm X pole within their lessons. Please ask your instructor if you are unsure of rider ability to take part.

The first training session will commence on Monday 17^th February from 3.30pm – 6pm priced at £36 for the session. Riders wishing to compete in the league must first complete the training sessions. Please contact the office to register interest and book onto the training.
